The Beginning in Thornton

Three colleagues from different financial backgrounds met at a Sydney conference and realized something was missing. Traditional business education wasn't keeping pace with Australia's rapidly changing economic landscape. We started osiravelynto in a shared office space, focusing on practical financial literacy that actually worked for real businesses.

First workshop had 12 attendees—all local business owners who became our founding community members and helped shape our early curriculum.

Growth

Expanding Our Reach

What started as weekend workshops evolved into comprehensive programs. We launched our first structured courses after partnering with regional business networks across NSW. This year marked our transition from informal sessions to accredited educational content, with input from industry professionals who'd seen gaps in traditional finance education.

Reached 500+ professionals through workshops and established partnerships with three regional business development centers.

Impact

Digital Innovation & Community

The shift toward remote learning opened new opportunities. We developed our online platform while maintaining the personal touch that made our in-person sessions effective. Our community grew to include professionals from across Australia, each bringing unique perspectives that enriched our programs and helped us understand diverse regional business challenges.

Launched comprehensive online learning platform and welcomed our 2,000th program participant in November 2024.
